Responsibilities: • Communicate with office staff for available jobs. • Give bids for jobs in a timely fashion. • Give clear written detail in bids with work to be done, price for material, price for labor and follow the scope of work given. • Upon approval, complete the work to be done in a timely fashion as listed on your bid. Communicate with and provide pictures and details to the office staff.  • Be very detail orientated. Qualifications: • Have experience in any or all of the following areas: Plumbing, electric, HVAC, roofing, flooring, demolition, drywall and painting.  • Organized and punctual. • Skilled in general labor duties. • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities. • Previous construction or maintenance experience necessary. • Social skills and good with people. • Clean background. • Own transportation. • Have a valid Driver's License. • Have own tools. • Technology savvy.
