    We are currently looking for a maintenance individual who will be able to work hand in hand with our property management company. We are a very fast paced real estate investment company that will keep you accountable and we require very prompt communication. You will be reporting daily to our main office in Toledo where we have a full time staff that are readily available to help you in any way. Responsibilities: Complete all necessary maintenance requests as in: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.Process material payments (Home Depot, Menards, Lowes, etc.)Make no excuses.Take before and photos and email as proof once the job is complete.Correspond with tenants and other trades in a professional manner.Answer directly to the property management company.Competently log/track hours worked per job.Be very prompt with communication.Be on time.Be dependable.Be presentable. Qualifications: Have sufficient experience in the following areas: Plumbing, Electric, HVAC, Roofing, Flooring, Demolition, Drywall and Painting. Organized and punctual.Skilled in general labor duties.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.Previous construction or maintenance experience necessary.Social skills and good with people.Clean background.Own transportation- must have truck or trailer. Have a valid Driver's License.Have own tools.Technology savvy.Must be local to Toledo. Compensation: $700 weekly
