    Dublin based handyman business is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to work 26 hours a week. Position is home based and includes generous time off flexibility. Hours 9:00 - 3:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00 - 7:00 pm Mondays Responsibilities Answer calls from customers calling to schedule handyman appointments Collect information from customers regarding the types of home improvement projects needed Collect pictures of repairs needed from customers and text to crew to identify time needed Calculate project estimates, communicate estimate with customer Schedule customer appointments Revise appointments as staff or customers request Invoice customers Pay employees and collect time cards Support owner with marketing activities such as approving ads and running social media ads Prepare reports Enter digital marketing posts on Facebook daily Monitor Next Door and Facebook daily and post ads responding to customer request for help Experience Required Bachelors degree in business or similar Appointment scheduling experience, preferably within a service based business Track record of success with same company for at least 3 years in an administrative capacity Preference given to applicants with a college degree Preference given to athletes and former athletes Friendly, extroverted demeanor Highly organized Ethical character Must have a smart phone and data plan
