We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the development and execution of all marketing strategies. The position will support the oil & gas and civil divisions of an industrial company.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MARKETING COORDINATOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing-related degree preferred)
• 3-5 years minimum relevant experience
• CRM software proficiency
• Experience with Dynamics CRM preferred
• Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• Email and social media marketing
• Graphics and video editing are a plus
• Previous oil & gas industry experience preferred not required

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING COORDINATOR:

• Execution of marketing campaigns through Microsoft Dynamics, including status monitoring, and final evaluation through Dynamics reporting
• Coordinating sales team involvement in creation of new marketing pieces
• Participate in creative corporate videos, brochures, website, social media, etc.
• Tradeshow and event campaign creation and tracking (pre-event and post event)
• Electronic media, direct mailers, digital and print advertising
• Assisting with new product launches
• Advertising media evaluation, content participation
• Create/edit PowerPoint presentations with extensive graphics
• Dynamics CRM Marketing development
