Trueline is seeking a Superintendent to lead their oilfield division near Greeley, CO. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on professional with deep oilfield experience and the skills to guide crews through the demanding, fast-paced work of upstream site operations.
What You'll Do as the Superintendent:
- Manage day-to-day field operations for electrical crews on active oilfield sites
- Lead installation and maintenance of wellhead wiring, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, and automation systems
- Interpret and enforce compliance with electrical codes, project drawings, and site specifications
- Serve as the primary field liaison to clients, project managers, and general contractors
- Oversee labor and material allocation, job schedules, and field reporting
- Maintain a zero-incident safety culture, upholding OSHA, NEC, and site-specific HSE protocols
- Collaborate on job planning, estimates, and new service opportunities
Must-Haves as the Superintendent:
- 5+ years of oilfield electrical experience, including team leadership
- Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Familiarity with oilfield infrastructure: tank batteries, artificial lift, LACT units
- Strong working knowledge of NEC, API standards, and Colorado oil & gas regulations
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Comfortable leading field teams in challenging outdoor conditions year-round
Nice-to-Haves as the Superintendent:
- Experience with PLC programming, RTUs, SCADA, or other automation systems
- Background in estimating or project planning for oilfield electrical work
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows)
