    TDB Communications, Inc. is currently looking for remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our various State UI Call Centers. CSRs in this position will provide knowledgeable responses to telephone inquiries regarding unemployment questions up to and including helping the customer file a claims. TDB Communications, Inc. provides paid, comprehensive training which ensures our customer service representatives care for each caller with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     Education/Experience:

    Minimum Education of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science discipline required, master’s degree is preferred. Minimum Work Experience of 10 years technical level, at least 5 years Laboratory Leadership experience required in laboratory setting within the appropriate disciplines. Must be qualified to manage and direct the laboratory personnel and performance of laboratory testing in accordance with all accrediting bodies, such as CLIA, CAP, MD DOH, NY DOH, AABB as it applies to clinical testing of oversight.

     

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

     

    Math Ability:

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

     

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

     

    Computer Skills:

    Ability to use Microsoft office products, and various other computer software products including the Laboratory Information System.

    Certificates and Licenses:

    Certifications by the appropriate board of the appropriate discipline is preferred:

    • Chemistry
    • Molecular
    • Cytogenetics
    • Toxicology
    • Other field of specialty
