    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Develop and execute marketing plans for the acquisition and retention of clients
    • Develop and execute branding plans to increase marketing presence
    • Create and produce targeted digital and printed marketing materials including quarterly client newsletters
    • Manage agencies and other subcontractors, with the responsibility to recommend changes as appropriate
    • Quickly respond to business needs with the production of ad-hoc collateral
    • Manage event/tradeshow execution
    • Monitor Company positioning against competition

     

    WHAT YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably with concentration in finance or marketing
    • At least 5 years marketing experience with specific experience in customer-facing activities: writing, collateral development, presentation development, events, and lead generation programs, all within a business-to-business environment, preferably within financial services or a related field
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
    • Demonstrated project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills with sharp attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including statistical analysis experience, problem-solving, and analysis a plus
    • Expertise with MS Products including Excel functions (pivot tables, charts/graphs, summary statistics, filtering, reporting, and formatting) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
    • High level of initiative, motivation and drive for success
