Responsibilities: • Identify customers' needs and preferences to help them find appropriate solutions and products: Survey and assess customers' demands and preferences to assist them in acquiring relevant solutions and products. • Sell and negotiate new policies: Propose, present, and discuss new business plans. • Review renewal business and determine appropriate next steps: Examine current business renewals and determine the suitable course of action depending on the level of modifications. • Introduce additional products to existing customers: Suggest and supply supplemental products to current customers. • Deal with clients and claims-related matters: Oversee liaison activities linked to clients and claims. • Track agency marketers' productivity and calling activity: Monitor and review the calling output and efficiency of insurance agents. • Practice company and Agency regulations: Adhere to and implement company and Agency regulations. • Fulfill customer service tasks: Implement designated customer service tasks. • Pay attention to detail in customer interactions: Be diligent in noting concise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions. • Exhibit excellent communication skills: Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication aptitudes. • Collaborate with the team: Cooperate with the team. Qualifications: • Possess at least one to two years of experience within the realm of sales and lead generation. • Possesses superior communication aptitude, both verbal and written. • Showcase the ability to construct and preserve productive customer relationships. • Demonstrate a realistic understanding in regard to sales and lead generation. • Exhibit a knack for building long-lasting customer relationships. Compensation: $48,000 at plan yearly
