As our next inside account manager, we need someone who can turn potential customers into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills. We need someone who knows how to use social media to find prospects and reach out to them. Responsibilities: • Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies • Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close Qualifications: • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Successful experience providing customer service preferred • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Compensation: $82,000 - $127,000
