Local swim school hiring full-time Front Desk Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, customer focused, and work well under pressure.
*Management experience and proficiency is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leads and supervises front desk personnel.
Trains front desk and office team members in service, sales, and software.
Provides orientation and onboarding for new team members.
Develops full understanding of IClassPro and other software used for office tasks.
On call to manage staff absences and substitute schedules.
Performs bi-annual evaluations of office staff and providers summary to GM.
Acts as a customer service liaison.
Conducts weekly office meeting.
Responsible for weekly deposits and monitoring cash register.
Conducts in-service office training every other month.
Covers front desk personnel during breaks, lunches, and other shifts when necessary.
Responsible for coordinating cleanliness of all dry side areas.
Audits all new enrollments for proper placement on a weekly basis and provides reports and feedback to scheduling team.
Responsible for management of sales leads system and monthly reporting to GM.
Creates weekly reports of enrollment drops and follows up with all of them.
Reviews all reports and provides summary to GM on monthly basis.
Point of contact for IClassPro issues and support
Creates and maintains task list for front desk personnel
Fills out purchase orders for office supplies and equipment and submits to GM.
Responsible for leave management tracking in Paycom.
Approves timesheets for front desk and schedulers.
Monitors lost and found bin.
