Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Qualify home buyers and sellers while working with our lenders to gain pre-approval • Work client relationship software to maintain database • Tour homes • Hold weekend open houses Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Technology driven Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Past sales experience is preferred Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Self-motivation and drive Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Self-motivation and drive Show good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Great time management • Knowledge of computers and database software • Negotiating skills • Team player Compensation: $100,000+
