We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, resolving issues, processing orders, packing slips, invoices & payments. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products * Resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products * Process orders, packing slips, invoices & payments * Handle inbound general & sales calls ​ Qualifications: * At least 4 years previous experience in customer service or other related fields required * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work as a team and assist in conflict resolution * Fast learner - resourceful skills is a must In person Full Time (Not remote position) Company Description Old Gringo Boots is a manufacturer of leather handmade boots.
