Seasonal Office Assistant
A local non-profit is looking to fill a seasonal administrative position in an office setting. The position provides administrative support for a volunteer committee that coordinates one of the largest city wide celebrations in California and is held in Santa Barbara. Tasks include processing entry applications, answering phone inquiries and other general office duties. Applicants must be highly organized, have excellent computer skills (Word & Excel), customer service skills, and be able to work in a busy office environment. Some experience as an A/P or A/R Clerk is a plus. Applicants will work 30-40 hours per week from May to September 14th (flexible). Expected office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
