Sales Leader and Tanning Consultant at Palm Beach Tan

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales leaders to help represent our nation-wide brand, and become part of our team!
Our ideal team member is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals to thrive within the commission-driven environment, provide every guest with exceptional customer service, and has a desire to build a career within the skincare industry!
Responsibilities:
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
Maintains a clean and organized salon
Cash handling, opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work 15-30 hours per week
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, 5-8 hours a day.
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
