    About the Role:

    Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Older Infant Lead Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire children aged 12-18 months. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our youngest learners. The hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with 1.5 hour lunch.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promote developmentally appropriate practices.

    Foster a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.

    Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular updates to parents.

    Engage with children through play, storytelling, and interactive activities.

    Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.

    Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

    Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets licensing standards.

    Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Must possess a high school diploma or GED

    A minimum of 2 years of lead teacher experience in a classroom.

    Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.

    Background check clearance required.
