Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assisting in closing deals with new sales accounts through phone calls, trade shows, e-mail marketing, physical mailings, special events, social media and other creative methods.
Processing orders and returns, organizing and tracking inventory, and providing customer service by answering phone calls and sending and responding to e-mails.
Assist in managing new and existing accounts throughout the entire lifecycle: write sales orders, acquire signed terms agreements, enter data into OLIPHANT’s order systems/website, liaise with fulfillment center to ship merchandise, assist in generating re-orders.
Handle day to day customer service requests from online shoppers and wholesale accounts.
Work closely with distribution center to ensure timely deliveries and accounting of returns
The applicant must be detail oriented and able to work in a high-paced environment and have good computer and excellent communication skills.
Occasionally when we get deliveries the applicant should be able to help carry heavy boxes up the stairs.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Ideal candidate will have a background in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
· Capable of thinking creatively and solve problems independently.
· Ability to lift and carry large packages up to 60 pounds.
· Ability to travel domestically.
· Communication skills that will facilitate clear and concise interactions with customers and coworkers.
This is a full-time job with starting rate of $ 18 /hr.
Weekly commitment will be 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
