Eligibility: The 10-week Summer Analyst Program, beginning June 2024, is an opportunity to experience Olive Tree Holding's investment team's culture and atmosphere, taking on some of the responsibilities and functions of a full-time Analyst for the summer period. Summer Analysts will be generalists within the investment team, building necessary skills in financial analysis, underwriting, valuation, property management, and investor reporting while working on a wide range of asset and portfolio level transactions. The Summer Analyst role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree and is to be undertaken during the summer after the third year of study. The Summer Analyst program will take place at Olive Tree Holding's headquarters in New York City.

The Summer Analyst Program: The Training Program will begin on June 3, 2024 with one week of intensive training. This will include an introduction to Olive Tree Holdings, followed by an introduction to each of the groups within the Investment team. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to business speakers, practical sessions, and the opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from your peers through various social activities and events.

What your day to day will look like:

• Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about properties and asset classes.
• Creating and updating financial models.
• Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions.
• Drafting presentations and memoranda for audience both within the Firm and within groups of outside investors.
• Attending team discussions and client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
