    Are you looking to leverage your business development expertise by identifying and analyzing new market opportunities, proposing expansion plans, and executing acquisition strategies? This role will collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement innovative strategies for market development while ensuring brand visibility and representing the company within the hospitality industry. The Business Development Director will be eligible for a revenue-based bonus structure in addition to base salary. Responsibilities: • Perform market prospecting for new markets to identify and analyze the feasibility of expansion opportunities • Develop the Oliver Hospitality brand in new regions and develop strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, event venues, etc. to drive revenue • Create and implement an elaborate strategic growth plan • Actively search for new sales opportunities and acquisition of new properties and management opportunities • Develop and implement new strategies in cooperation with the team, focused on expansion requirements • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market research • Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition to prospective clients • Build brand awareness and visibility through participation in trade fairs, roadshows, and events to represent the company • Collaborate and work with the corporate team on the strategic expansion plan, after analyzing the potential market based on the company's needs Qualifications: • Proven essential knowledge and experience in tourism/hotel • Knowledge of underwriting/loan processes • Have a strong network of business contacts in the tourism/hotel sector/ technology companies • Proven experience in business development in new markets Strong skills in budget estimation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as other business-relevant tools and technologies • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Geographical flexibility for national travel • Must be eligible to work in the USA Compensation: $60,000 yearly
