    Job Description

    Ollion is seeking a client obsessed consulting leader to fill the role of Consulting Partner - Cloud Solutions and to sit at the intersection of business value capture and technical delivery execution across our portfolio of clients. This individual possesses a wealth of consulting sales and delivery experience with one or more of Ollion’s key cloud partners (AWS, Azure and GCP) across industries, preferably Financial Services and / or Media and Entertainment.. This person will be responsible for creating and growing relationships with Ollion clients and be their go-to strategic advisor for their highest priority technology and business transformation initiatives. You will be the face of Ollion to our clients and be comfortable describing the business value of Ollion solutions to c-suite leadership across our clients’ organizations. You will also be the face of the client to our Ollion practice leaders, helping them tailor our solutions to bring the most business value and enable transformative outcomes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Source and close consulting opportunities across new and existing clients focused on defining transformation strategy enabled by the cloud; lead delivery execution as the overall accountable executive at the engagement and / or account level.
    • Develop account strategies and plans in coordination with Ollion Sales and Alliance team members. Identify client needs and map them to Ollion solutions with a focus on larger, cross-practice engagements.
    • Understand client industry trends and disruptors across Financial Services and / or Media and Entertainment domains and develop go-to-market strategies to engage new clients and to grow existing client accounts.
    • Build and grow relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers and become their trusted go-to partner to address their most critical challenges.
    • Work with Ollion practice and delivery teams to ensure quality value-driven outcomes are achieved, demonstrating experience tackling client concerns as an escalation point as well as contractual challenges over the course of delivery.
    • Be accountable for business metrics including sales bookings, revenue growth, profitability and team utilization across accounts and portfolios.
    • Understand the breadth of Ollion solutions company-wide and look for and execute on cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership in the cloud solutions space. Be a challenger to the client and always looking for opportunities to add more value. Be a connector across our partner and client ecosystem.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in the business or technology domain.
    • 15-20 years experience working for a consulting company or technology company in a consultative client relationship role.
    • Demonstrated sales capture success across multiple complex cloud consulting engagements.
    • Demonstrated multimillion dollar YoY revenue growth across accounts and portfolios.
    • Demonstrated experience leading cloud consulting and cloud solution development and delivery engagements.
    • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with conveying technical value proposition messaging to C-suite leaders.
    • Demonstrated experience building consensus across organizations both internally and externally.
    • Demonstrated experience working with technology alliance partners for value creation for clients.
    • People-first leader focused on building high-functioning teams and culture while having fun along the way.

    Desirables:

    • STEM post-graduate degree, MBA or demonstrated equivalent experience or certification
    • Industry experience in any of the following: Financial Services and / or Media and Entertainment
