    We're looking for talented self-starters (ideally 1-3 years of sales experience preferred) who are money motivated to join our Olly Olly family! As an National Account Executive, you would be responsible for prospecting and cold calling small-medium sized businesses in the United States to sell our digital marketing products! OUR ROLE IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, WITH LOCATIONS IN CHARLOTTE, NC, AUSTIN, TX, AND PHOENIX, AZ!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research, prospect, and cold call 65+ small-to-medium sized businesses a day across the U.S. in various industries
    • Provide a consultative approach and pitch the proper digital marketing services we offer that can aid a prospect's business
    • Overcome gatekeepers and rebuttals, while providing value in how our products can assist their long term business objectives with an end goal of closing a deal and adding a new Olly Olly client (the role is 100% cold-calling B2B business development; zero account management)
    • Participate in daily team meetings & weekly trainings to further develop your sales acumen and exceed individual, team, and organizational goals

    As an National Account Executive, we bring all our sellers on a GUARANTEED BASE SALARY STARTING AT $45,000 _(paid weekly) _with MONTHLY COMMISSION that is UNCAPPED ONCE YOU HIT YOUR MONTHLY QUOTA, AND YOU CAN GROW YOUR PERCENTAGE PAYOUT UP TO 150% WITH THE MORE YOU SELL!!

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Meet, etc.) preferred
    • Being COACHABLE and open to positive & constructive feedback to continue to get better at your craft
