     POSITION SUMMARY

    Are you a natural coach that finds passion in transmitting sales knowledge and best practices?

    We're looking for a Sales Trainer able to ensure our sales team is fully educated and coached, to perform successfully. Our Sales Trainer will coordinate training processes for monthly new hire classes of sales executives, identifying training needs, scheduling and executing group and individual training sessions for new sales executives.

    Our Sales Trainer understands our objectives and is proactive in sharing ideas to achieve them through sales training. The ideal competencies for this role are a balance between organization skills as the ability to train and motivate a team.

    Olly Olly is a leading marketing start-up. Our marketing helps small to medium sized businesses across the U.S. build their online presence, connect with customers, and generate leads. Our portfolio of services consists of anything that a small business owner needs, such as web development and SEO services, as well as other digital marketing products including PPC, social media, and reputation management. Our on-site sales team is located in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Phoenix, AZ.

     

     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Train classes of 5-12 sales executives on a monthly basis. Classroom style training in week 1 and 2, followed by hands on training.

    • Develop and perfect sales training curriculum through innovative training methods; including cold calling, objection handling, pipeline management, and Salesforce processes.

    • Constantly evaluate team performance, identifying trends to create deliver ongoing trainings for the entire sales department.

    • Implement assessments and monitor KPIs across functional trainings, onboarding programs, product trainings and knowledge management to determine success of programming and work towards continuous improvement.

    • Analyze and report on training method efficacy for constant improvement.

    • Partnering and collaborating with cross-functional departments in order to ensure alignment with other departments and business objectives.

    • Collaborate with People Ops team to work in partnership to achieve outcomes and support centralized Olly Olly training initiatives and develop a strong onboarding program for new hires

     

     SKILLS

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years of Sales Management experience | required

    • 2-3 years of B2B Corporate Sales Training experience | nice-to have

    • Knowledge of Digital Marketing services | nice-to-have

    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM's | nice-to-have
