Job Description
As a student intern with our service desk team, you’ll assist with performing routine service desk assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to user set up, technology assistance, and/or hardware and software installation. Other responsibilities include answering service desk phone calls, configuring new employee computers and replacement computers for existing employees, assisting with maintaining records of employee hardware and software, and logging all communication regarding diagnosed and resolved issues.
We have one current internship opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE; Overland Park, KS; or Oklahoma City, OK office location. We would also be open to a student wanting to work part-time during during the school year.
