    Job Description

    As a Technical Leader - Architecture in the DFW area, you will serve as the design leader for our Architecture group as well as be the design leader on complex data center projects for our key clients in the mission critical market. In this role, you will help develop/grow our mission critical architecture team and research, program, prepare plans and design documents, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and materials for clients. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.  You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.

    YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
    • BA/BS or Bachelor’s Degree in architecture
    • 6 or more years of architecture experience
    • Strong data center knowledge and experience is preferred
    • Must be either NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board) certified or capable of certification
    • Must be a licensed architect with the ability to obtain registration in numerous states
