Job Description

As an Associate Construction Materials and Testing (CMT) Technician, you will perform geotechnical materials testing and inspections for various projects, work under the direction and supervision of senior technicians, engineers, or project managers, and familiarize yourself with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. You will also travel to job sites and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
• 2 years’ experience in construction observation, inspection, or surveying
• ACI Grade I, NICET I/II, and Nuclear Gauge preferred
• IDOT and ICC certifications preferred
