Job Description

As a mechanical engineering student intern on our Mechanical / Electrical team in our Fort Worth, TX office, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career.  At Olsson, we provide mechanical design services for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on a variety of project site. You could work on commercial, data center, healthcare, industrial, laboratory, pharmaceutical, municipal, military, school, and/or thermal energy projects.

During the summer of 2022, you’ll be part of a team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers. You’ll get an introduction to Olsson's culture that will help you evaluate our firm as a career choice.

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in Revit is helpful, but not required
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
