Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Leader, you will advise the senior director of IT on risk issues related to information security and recommend actions as needed. You will also monitor information security trends and evolving technologies affecting the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, oversee the cybersecurity awareness and education program, develop and implement policies and processes to ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance, and oversee specific cybersecurity programs related to risk such as vulnerability management and business continuity.

*We have one position open and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, Omaha, or Kansas City office locations.

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a related area preferred
• CISM, CISSP or CISA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a related position
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in management, supervisory, or leadership role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Demonstrated knowledge of technologies
• Strong business analysis skills, problem solving techniques, and follow-up
