Job Description
As a Facilities Planner, you will implement plans and procedures to manage the firm’s corporate real estate projects. You will advise leaders about daily facilities matters involved in managing tenant improvement construction projects and also provide solutions to complex matters. This role involves a high level of collaboration and communication with a variety of individuals such as the finance team, operations team, office leaders and coordinators, and our Executive Team, including the CEO and CFO. You will provide guidance and recommendations on integrating security concepts that may require retrofitting technology or physical attributes in our new and existing office environments. Additional responsibilities include selecting and managing third-party consultants; performing project management and coordination during the design, construction, and closeout phases of new construction and remodel/expansion projects; and conducting building audits of employee workspaces, layouts, and furniture. Periodic travel would be required.
