MARKETING COORDINATOR – OLYMPIA ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATES
Location: 3909 9th Ave SW Olympia, WA 98502
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - $28.51 per hour
(PAY IS DETERMINED BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES:
· Responsible for drafting materials, organizing, and coordinating online marketing activities to increase awareness for programs, trainings, and services.
· Maintain a strong online presence for OOA and the divisions within while adhering to branding guidelines.
· Develop content for social media, staff intranet, websites, and other digital channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, SharePoint, e-newsletters).
· Update and create Google Business pages for locations and providers.
· Research and develop media contacts in the South Sound area.
· Develop and execute quarterly/seasonal ad campaigns.
· Develop a robust Employee Social Ambassador program.
· Suggest new ways to boost engagement including promotions and competitions.
· Develop brand messaging through promotional materials and community outreach.
· Help develop a social media strategy and manage content.
· Maintain internal communication content and respond to communication requests promptly.
· Monitor social media traffic and analytics from other methods of communication to determine the effectiveness of strategies and provide key metrics for reports.
· Collaborate with partners to share information and resources.
· Participate in team meetings (brainstorms, planning sessions, etc.).
· Collaborate with leadership team members outside of the Communications team on projects.
· Ensure work is aligned with broader, long-term communications goals.
· Collaborate on other communications projects as needed.
· Assist helping with community outreach to include, rounding with primary care, local businesses, and community events.
· Onboarding new residents for rotation shadowing.
· Set up and coordinate High School Sports Physicals.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.
MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· BA in Marketing Communication
· 1-3 years of Healthcare Marketing preferred
· Occasional travel required
MARKETING COORDINATOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
