    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer and Client Care Specialist-Spanish Speaking to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and business partners in providing support to with day to day initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Take payments and set up payment arrangements on customer's accounts
    • Assist merchant partners on account and customer information
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Respond to email and text message inquiries

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Fluent in Spanish
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
