    At A Glance

    We are seeking a dynamic, authentic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our boutique recruiting agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or lead generation, preferably with a focus in the recruiting industry.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities within the recruiting industry.
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships
    • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential areas for business growth.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
    • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services and value proposition to potential clients.
    • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on business development activities.
    • Networking: Have a consistent presence on LinkedIn (and other social media platforms), being a brand ambassador for the company. Outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, linkedin messages and drip campaigns.
    • Special Projects: Involvement in special projects as needed

    We’d Love You To Have

    • Previous demonstrated sales or lead generation experience
    • Recruiting agency experience preferred
    • Radical responsibility, ability to be proactive regarding your projections, goals and accountability
    • A genuine and authentic approach to relationship building, valuing sincerity and openness in all interactions
    • A true passion for teamwork, working collaboratively, contributing to the team culture that celebrates individual strengths, quirks and achievements
    • An open mindedness to feedback and growth opportunities
    • Ability to pivot and adjust your business development approach as needed
    • Proficient in technology - including but not limited to ATS systems, Zoom, Teams, ChatGPT, Metaview, LinkedIn
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
