The Senior FP&A position is an individual contributor role with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual. The preferred candidate must be able to work individually with moderate level of guidance and as part of a collaborative team working across departments to deliver on key regional and company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing key performance indicators, cost of sales, operating expenses and capital expenditures
- Develop, maintain and enhance financial models, such as annual/monthly budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and variance analysis of forecast/actuals and key KPIs.
- Conduct internal analysis on performance of the company's different products and business units.
- Calculate monthly, quarterly and annual commissions/incentives/SPIFFS
- Prepare external reports & analysis on key customer accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and/or financial reporting
- Strong-to-expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of distribution, B2B or retail business environments preferred
- Experience with a large multi-location environment preferred
- Public accounting background a plus

- Intermediate proficiency with PC Skills and Microsoft products with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced Excel experience

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, external partners and internal associates.
