Currently seeking a Landscape Architect / Site Designer in Charlotte, NC.

Our client is one of the Carolina's leading Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Design and Land Planning firms with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh. They are a studio-based firm that offers innovative design-centered solutions for public and private clients in North Carolina and South Carolina. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture;
• Minimum three (3) years professional experience related to land/site development;
• Auto CAD Civil 3D experience required, experience with Land F/X preferred;
• Knowledge of technical software such Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp required;
• Knowledge of Arc GIS preferred;
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred;
• Strong hand graphic skills required;
• Thorough knowledge of site-related design;
• Able to apply landscape architecture concepts to problem solving involving site design issues;
• Able to work well in a team environment;
• Able to make decisions with minimal direction;
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
