    Do you enjoy Music and Dance? Are you a sales person at heart with a passion for organization and a knack for running a tight ship? Then we want people to see your smile and enthusiasm before anything else once they walk through our school doors. As an Assistant Director at Omaha School of Music and Dance you would be responsible for our enrollment numbers by converting leads and getting new students signed up for classes. As well as, family relations and managing our administrative and faculty staff members. We have high standards for our OSMD culture encompassing our Vision, Mission, and Promise. Omaha School of Music and Dance is conveniently located at 144th and Dodge. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. There will be occasional events that will be held each semester during the evenings.

    The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, 3-5 years as a past director/manager of a facility or education department, and comfortable making overall business decisions. You will need a keen eye for detail, and have the passion to produce top quality sales and work. We move at a quick pace, so you'll need to be self-directed and able to hit the ground running.

    Experience:

    Sales and Lead Conversion

    Customer Relations

    Experience with past School or Custom Relationship Database

    Google Drive + iMovie Experience

    Prepare reports and updating Google drive sheets

    Manage small administrative team and teaching staff/ employee relations and scheduling.

    Prep and oversee all school events

    Creative Social Network Posting: Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Blogs, and Review our website

    Assisting Executive Director w/ all Misc tasks

    Other various projects as needed

    Bachelor’s Degree Required

    Compensation Package:

    $35,000-$40,000.00 base salary per year (experience dependent)

    5 Paid Days Off + Holidays (goes up in increments yearly)

    Closed All Major Holidays

    Monthly Incentives if monthly company goals are achieved

    *All candidates that successfully interview for the position will be required to complete a second interview with the Executive Director & Owner. From there you will also take the Disc Assessment Test.

    *If that candidate is hired they will be subject to a 30, 60, and 90-day review.
