We are an amazing State Farm office here in Tracy, looking to add on a Sales team member. We are an empowering environment, that values each employee. This position will be sales oriented, being able to connect with people and understanding the sales process is important. One of the most important job duties is the follow up process with new clients, so being organized and resilient is extremely important for your success here. Insurance experience is not required, but a great attitude is. So if you have great attitude and can bring in energy to work everyday you will be a great fit.

P&C License will be required. If you don't have it but you are a good fit we will help you receive it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
