Qualifications: - Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience - 1-2 years work experience/internship in marketing (preferred) - Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other relevant platforms - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment - Analytic and creative thinking skills - Strong written communication skills - Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Gimp, PosterMyWall, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Google Docs - Graphic and web design experience a plus - Knowledge of real estate financing a plus Duties and Responsibilities: - Work directly with Digital Marketing vendor - Monitor all social media platforms - Create compelling and engaging social media content (newsletter, blogs, etc.) - Engage public on social media platforms - Assist residential and commercial department heads with various digital campaigns - Create various marketing flyers for sales team - Assist in updating brochures and all other hard copy materials - Coordinate with all marketing vendors - Research various promotional products for sales events and various local campaigns - Coordinate with clients for testimonials to post on website and social media platforms This job is ideal for someone who is: - A college student - Creative - Dependable Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Contract term: 3 / 6 / 9 months Schedule: Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 9AM - 6:00PM Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REMOTE Must be able to commute to Union, NJ
