We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, they must also be able to support multiple individuals, balance completing needs, and accommodate changing support requirements.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Greet visitors in a cordial and professional manner.
    • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
    • Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
    • Maintain a comfortable, organized reception area and conference rooms.
    • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
    • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
    • Prepare packages for delivery.
    • Send email and faxes.
    • Perform filing and clerical duties.
    • Other duties as necessary.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Be able to hold a high level of professionalism and respond in a calm and polite manner always.
    • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive team player.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Receptionists must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a background in customer service.
    • Strong computer and typing skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
    • Professional and pleasant demeanor.
    • Organized with meticulous attention to detail and able to multi-task.
    • Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills.
