Here’s what is required:

Head of Product:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
• Software Programming experience, Ladder Logic experience ideal
• CAD experience, reading, and writing
• Proven ability to translate CAD drawings, directing product fabrication personnel
• Bill of materials experience including creation, quotation, and procurement
• Managerial experience
• Comfortable managing day-day plant operations with several product manufacturing processes in parallel
• Material Sourcing
• Oversee product fabrication at the structural, mechanical, and electrical level
• Perform system validation
• Document and analyze system performance data
• Lead, manage, be accountable for, and develop processes for innovative product development and delivery.
• Improve customer satisfaction
• Improve employee happiness
• Quality Assurance of Products

A Head of Product oversees all aspects of a green energy project manufacturing and delivery with ultimate responsibility for the quality of the product and management of the engineering team. The goal of the Head of Product is to produce a top-quality product and provide top-quality service which our customers can depend upon and salespeople can utilize to close on new sales.
