Job Overview:

This person will be the Plant Manager overseeing a medium-sized food production facility whose parent company has multiple food and consumer products plants throughout the US and overseas. This site is at record capacity with an increased demand and is being infused with capital to purchase new processing equipment. The Plant manager will have total budget responsibility and will oversee site production managers, shift operators, plant engineering, HR, EHS, maintenance, and quality control. This persons focus will be to organize the plant to achieve optimum output which means: training personnel, ensuring proper FDA/GMP/operating procedures are in place and being used, aligning staff into jobs that best fit there skills, and hiring new personnel to meet increased capacity. This position offers bonus potential and relocation assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. Science degree - foods, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods
• 10+ Years of experience post college experience with five years as a Plant Manager or an Assistant Plant manager overseeing a site of at least 30 people
