    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Omni Fight Club is seeking TOP PRODUCERS for our MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE position. As a MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE, you join a team of high-energy, passionate motivators. The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for enrolling and following up with new members, working with our GM, coaches, and sales & marketing team on various projects and marketing campaigns to generate new member sales. MSA must participate in an active lifestyle and immerse themselves in OFC class programming. Associates must keep current with fitness trends and know local competitor’s sales trends by touring facilities. The number one priority and responsibility is to build lasting relationships with prospective and active members to create members for life.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Meeting all key performance sales indicators specific to Omni Fight Club.

    Generate sales leads through interaction within LA Fitness members

    Convert leads to members through promotion of the studio and its program

    Generate sales from outside LA Fitness through social media outreach as well as connection to local businesses and community groups.

    Ability to learn and use the Member Management software system

    Ability to learn and use CRM

    Reporting and follow-up on Cancellations and Retention

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    Must be a self-starter with a successful history of sales performance

    Superior organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly

    Positive attitude and ability to work well as a part of a team

    Ability to successfully handle multiple competing projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent sales and communication skills

    Professional, punctual, reliable

    Contribute to the social media presence across platforms

    Participation in special events

    Conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism that aligns with the values, philosophies, and standards of Omni Fight Club policies

    Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    One to three years of sales experience preferred

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and Google Products

    Affinity and passion for fitness

    Excellent writing and grammar skills
