OmniTRAX is looking to hire a HR Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic team of employees in a fast-growing, fast-paced work environment. POSITION SUMMARY The HR Systems Coordinator is responsible for the support and administration of the Human Resources systems and processes across the full spectrum of HR areas (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, payroll, employment, and training). Produces standard and customized reports for Human Resources and leadership. Evaluates and addresses hardware/software issues and conducts quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data. Provides functional support and maintenance of all HR systems including reporting, testing, documentation, upgrades, and enhancements of the HCM systems to support efficient functioning. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, vacation, sick days, holidays, a 401(k)-retirement plan with a match, and other voluntary benefits ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Technical and Functional Support for HCM applications - Input, support, and maintain data integrity of all systems in Human Resources functions - Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to best leverage the HCM systems - Work closely on the implementation of necessary system modifications - Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop, maintain, and enhance end-user documentation - Develop standards, trainings, and resources as needed to maximize utilization of HCM systems - Develop PowerPoint presentations to visually assist in summarizing initiatives - Create ad hoc reports as needed and evaluate reporting technologies to continually improve reporting process - Assist in conducting Survey Monkey ad hoc requests - Reporting functions include but are not limited to benefit life events, payroll reporting, and tax reporting Data Integrity and Security Administration - Serves as the data steward for Human Resources information - Develops and maintains data review and audit queries for all Human Resources functional areas - Implements/ensures data quality, accuracy, and integrity - Manages performance & learning tools including assisting on implementation of new modules/segments - Leads implementation for system setup for Annual Enrollment and Compensation related initiatives - Maintains and improves dashboards and hubs OTHER DUTIES - Assists HR leaders with department projects - Perform administrative duties as needed - Other duties as assigned - Backup of team members SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES - No supervisory responsibilities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of HCM modules. - Able to handle multiple demands and needs, and prioritize effectively - High attention to detail and accuracy - HR Acumen and technical aptitude - Excellent administrative skills - Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Professional integrity and accountability - Familiar with principles and practices of HR functions - Work in fast-paced, collaborative environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - Ceridian HCM knowledge a plus - Previous experience in Rail Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics, Manufacturing and/or Oil and Gas industries - Tax and payroll experience a plus PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES - PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP WORK ENVIRONMENT - Work in a climate-controlled office and routinely use standard office equipment TRAVEL - Minimally, as business requires OmniTRAX requires all new hires to successfully complete a post-offer drug screen and criminal background check.
