    To stay In line with our growth plans this year we are looking for 2 - 4 Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

    This is an amazing opportunity to earn some great cash and experience while adding some awesome skills to your resume! People with customer service, sales, hospitality, retail sales, retail team leadership, retail promotions, kiosk sales, event planning or similar experience are encouraged to apply!

    Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time Hours

    Location: Philadelphia, PA

    Start Date: Ideally within 2 - 4 weeks from offer. However, immediate starts are available

    Compensation: We offer a salary of up to $750 per week including bonuses and incentives

    Experience: No specific experience is required for this position as we will be providing training.

    Customer Service Representative - What will the role entail?

    With your ambitious and fun personality, your main duties will include promoting our clients' services and products. This will take place at public events, promotional events and trade shows, so you will also be given the opportunity to be involved with the events team and the organization and setting up of the events.

    Initially, we would be looking to train you within the new campaign, to provide solid representation for our clients and generate new, long-term donors, so strong communications skills are a must!

    Customer Service Representative Duties include

    • Establishing new customer relationships at our private site events across the Philadelphia region
    • Completing new customer applications and collecting payment details from new, long term customers
    • Assisting prospective customers with questions they may have and give full product information
    • Provide the public with information about the clients products and services
    • Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.
    • Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result.

    CSR Qualifications - To enjoy working with us having a great personality and sense of humor is a plus! In addition, you will also have the ability and willingness to learn the skills necessary to deliver the role effectively. This will involve working both individually and as part of the team.

    CSR Requirements - There are no strict requirements for this position; however, a High school diploma or GED would be helpful but not essential. However, you will need to be over the age of 18 and able to commute to Downtown Philadelphia.
