Location: Gilbert, AZ (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Hours: • 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ET (11:00 AM-8:00 PM AZ) • Required coverage until 10 PM ET About the Role : Supporting client initiatives for end-to-end financial applications, web, and service systems using object-oriented, multi-tiered architectures. Emphasis on data management, trading system enhancement, and transformation of fund technologies to cater to third-party entities. Responsibilities: Application Understanding & Client Support: • Learn and support various investment, trading, and financial - Applications, systems, technical and business workflows, and integrations. • Support clients through time-sensitive issues and project-related requests, ensuring high client satisfaction levels through consistent and quality deliverables. • Examples of tasks and deliverables include - Systems Administration and Integration, Batch Job Support, and Reporting in a design, development, and/or testing capacity. Technical & Data Management: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading platforms, including databases, workflows, configurations, and integrations. • Engage in testing and error investigation in user acceptance testing environments. • Ensure data accuracy across systems, confirm UI functionality, and develop processes and scripts for data extraction and transmission. • Design and implement data management solutions and dashboards for automating processes. • Drive automation within financial processes to enhance speed and efficiency. Collaboration & Documentation: • Collaborate with business/systems analysts to define requirements and drive robust solutions. • Create documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and training. • Participate in Peer-to-Peer code reviews and establish development best practices. Qualifications: Must-Have : • Database management and warehousing – In Snowflake, MSSQL, and Oracle. • Development experience with at least one of the following: Python, Java, C#, or C++. • Experience with development methodologies such as Agile. • Proficiency in source control tools, especially git. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new projects, commitment to continuous learning and growth in a dynamic work environment. Good to Have : • Snowflake – Data Vault, Snowpark, Snowddl. • Knowledge of financial application features. • Familiarity with automated financial processes. • Experience with specific third-party controls and libraries. • Background in accounting, finance, or investments. • Skills in backend and frontend systems. Education/Certifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related technical field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
