Job Overview:
We are looking for highly ethical sales professionals who want to take their career to the next level. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will run 1-3 preset qualified appointments daily in clients homes and be expected to produce your own business on top of what the company provides.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to travel to and from client appointments
Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ensure a positive and high-quality client focused experience
Manage accounts from initial consultation to system activation and on-going support
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Participate in continuous training opportunities
Gather referrals and reviews from clients
Maintain the sales process you are trained on and communicate/update client accounts in the CRM
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and helping people
Optimistic by nature
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hard working and persistent
Flexible availability
Able to perform with minimal in-person supervision
Prior sales experience preferred but not necessary
