    HIRING A CONTRACT DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER DURATION: 6 + Months CLIENT LOCATION:  Culver City, Ca WORK SCHEDULE:  40 Hours Weekly PAY RATE:  $25.00-30.00/Hourly BENEFITS: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance   RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Support digital team in development of strategic global digital marketing brand strategy  • Execute social media initiatives aimed at expanding brand awareness • Act as digital marketing point of contact between Headquarters and International Brand Partners  • Develop actionable digital marketing strategies to increase digital footprint and new customer acquisition  • Coordinate monthly social media content kits for easy brand partner support and sharing • Identify key international influencer and brand partner relationships • Support existing international influencer and brand partner relationships  • Work with creative to enhance regional focused digital marketing content • Seek out and identify global beauty, fashion, and current trends • Monitor international influencer feedback and brand mentions  • Create and build target influencer lists across social media and PR  • Prepare updates and growth reports for digital marketing efforts QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: • Strong Communication Skills: Clearly articulate ideas through concise and timely written and/or verbal correspondence. • Strong passion for social media and current events • Strong passion for beauty and fashion industries • Strong organizational and project planning skills. • Strong interpersonal/communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and presentation • Passion for creative tasks and design  • High Proficiency with social media applications Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest • High Proficiency with PC applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • College degree preferred • Background and experience in the Beauty Industry or in Hair Dressing is beneficial, but not a must TO APPLY FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE SEND RESUME TO ASHLEY SHARP AT ASHLEY.SHARP@ONBOARDUSA.COM AND REFERENCE JOB #8079 IN THE SUBJECT LINE and indicate the best times to contact you.
