POSITION: BUDGET BUSINESS ANALYST LOCATION: SAN DIEGO, CA 92121 CONTRACT TERM: 12 MONTHS PAY RATE: $30.28/HR SCHEDULE: 8A-5P, MON-FRI SCREENINGS: BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENINGS PRIOR TO START DATE BENEFITS: ACA COMPLIANT BENEFITS AVAILABLE ***REMOTE, MUST BE LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and direct small to moderate-scale, project material requirements across SDGE. Collaborates/Advises for the development of budget, schedule, sequencing and resource requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate and approve material purchases, returns and exchanges with suppliers and construction contractors. Provides direction and advice to a small group of Third Party Logistics providers (1 – 5).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project management knowledge required with an emphasis on logistics and supply.
• Must be able to assess the potential financial impact of project material equipment costs to the Company.
• Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a strong knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft suite of Office software, particularly Excel is very desirable.
