    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a reliable On-Call Caregiver who is passionate about providing high-quality in-home care while building meaningful, supportive relationships with clients. This role operates on a weekly rotating on-call schedule and is essential in providing coverage for caregiver call-outs, last-minute schedule changes, and urgent care needs. Candidates must be flexible and available during daytime and weekend hours, anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Our clients may require assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as support with appointments, errands, and social engagement. As a certified caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by stepping in when coverage is needed, helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

    Requirements

    Ability to provide verification of all current certifications

    Prior experience as a caregiver in a home care or skilled facility setting

    Successful completion of national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, as well as DMV checks

    Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

    Hoyer Lift experience preferred but not required
