The Critical Criteria You Must Meet First

Credentials: Active Pennsylvania CNA license OR a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience.

Proximity & Radius: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to any client within Montgomery County.

Response Time: Ability to confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of notification.
