Role Overview: The On-Call CNA will provide essential care and support for clients, often on short notice. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to travel within our service area.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Travel to client homes to cover missed or last-minute schedules.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
Maintain accurate care notes and follow all HIPAA and company policies.
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in the State of Georgia.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior home care or facility experience preferred.
