Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist for our busy blow dry bar, Blo Blow Dry Bar, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their bar visits. You will also be helping stylists with checking in and out their clients, as well as, keeping the salon tidy for the stylists. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, willingness to learn, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive at the bar

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Keep up with the books for stylists

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

One or more years of customer service experience is preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
