Job Title: On-Call Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented On-Call Housekeepers to support a high-end hotel and resort environment in Reno, NV. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and are flexible with scheduling based on business needs.

On-call housekeepers will assist with maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Clean and maintain bathrooms to high sanitation standards
• Remove trash and transport waste to designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work on-call shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business times
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
